College App Workshop set for July 27

Sugarloaf, CA, July 26, 2013 – The Fall semester at San Bernardino Valley College starts August 19, with local classes at Big Bear High School and hundreds more online. On Saturday, July 27, BBHS will host a registration event to help prospective students with the application process, financial aid, assessment and counseling.

The application process starts at 9:00 a.m. New students will be assigned Student I.D. numbers. Students can also get numbers and take assessment tests ahead of time online.

Assessment tests start between 10:00 a.m. and noon and require a Student I.D. number, a photo I.D. and a printout of the certificate showing completion of orientation.

Counseling and registration runs from 9:30 to 2:00.
